Once you are done writing a brief description of the event, you can simply select who is to be invited to the event, by writing down their Email Ids.
Once done, the system will automatically send the intended participants as Email consisting of information about the event and the schedule. Each one of them can actually share their availability on the suggested date and time by the event organizer.
