The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India, has outlined steps which will now allow entrepreneurs to float a company within 24 hours and that too online. The ministry has outlined various measures including online verification & clearance of the name of the company to be incorporated.
By when will the scheme be activated?
The ministry will announce an update by 11th August 2011, which will allow businessmen and entrepreneurs to complete the formalities attached with starting a company online and get the company rolling within 24 hours. This will be a good step which will ensure the rise of entrepreneurship in India and will also ensure a more transparent process to be implemented within the system.
